About Music Mart

My name is Andrew Neve, together with my wife Kathryn we own Music Mart and the Hills School of Music. I have been a professional musician playing and teaching the guitar since 1979. In 1984 my wife and I started the Hills School of Guitar. Over the years we have expanded our tuition to include drums, piano, keyboard, violin, saxophone, clarinet and flute. The School now caters for about 450 students and has 16 tutors.

In the early 1990's we purchased Music Mart - a small music shop which had been servicing the Midland area since 1970. Since then we have gradually expanded the range and improved the quality of the floor stock.

Music Mart is a family style music shop. Our aim is to cater for beginners to lower end professional musicians. Instruments are generally priced under $3500. On offer are bass guitars, acoustic and electric guitars, amplifiers, drum kits, digital pianos, keyboards, percussion instruments, wind instruments, violins and PA equipment. We stock well known and trusted brand names such as Fender, Yamaha, Tama, Maton, Casio, Gretsch, Ibanez and Roland. We offer our customers good products along with great service and helpful information. Music Mart has a large range of print music and tutor books available for most instruments.
